RHEL6 uses Nouveau driver, so it prevents me to install a binary NVIDIA driver.

I added the following kernel boot parameter in /boot/grub/grub.conf  rdbalcklist=nouveau nouveau.modeset=0

So, old grub.conf is

 kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.32-220.17.1.el6.i686 ro root=UUID=3bdc236f-4734-45f0-9a6c-9eaa64e8f050 rd_NO_LUKS rd_NO_LVM rd_NO_MD rd_NO_DM LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SYSFONT=latarcyrheb-sun16 KEYBOARDTYPE=pc KEYTABLE=us crashkernel=auto rhgb quiet

And the new grub.conf is

 kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.32-220.17.1.el6.i686 ro root=UUID=3bdc236f-4734-45f0-9a6c-9eaa64e8f050 rd_NO_LUKS rd_NO_LVM rd_NO_MD rd_NO_DM LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SYSFONT=latarcyrheb-sun16 KEYBOARDTYPE=pc KEYTABLE=us crashkernel=auto rhgb quiet rdblacklist=nouveau nouveau.modeset=0

In order to access no X server, which is necessary for installation NVIDIA driver, I edit on-the-fly kernel boot parameter by adding 3 (runlevel 3) as follows:

 kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.32-220.17.1.el6.i686 ro root=UUID=3bdc236f-4734-45f0-9a6c-9eaa64e8f050 rd_NO_LUKS rd_NO_LVM rd_NO_MD rd_NO_DM LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SYSFONT=latarcyrheb-sun16 KEYBOARDTYPE=pc KEYTABLE=us crashkernel=auto rhgb quiet rdblacklist=nouveau nouveau.modeset=0 3
