Step 1 : Download a BIOS file, e.g., 42F1P33.zip and unzip them

Step 2 : Download FREEDOS and copy BIOS files into ...

$ wget http://www.fdos.org/bootdisks/autogen/FDOEM.144.gz
$ gunzip FDOEM.144.gz
$ mkdir /tmp/cdr
# mount -t vfat -o loop FDOEM.144 /tmp/cdr
# scp 42BF1P33.BIN /tmp/cdr/
# scp AFU860A.EXE /tmp/cdr/
# umount /tmp/cdr


Step 3 : Make ISO image file

$ genisoimage -o newBIOS.iso -b FDOEM.144 FDOEM.14
