sound-juicer suddenly refuses to mount an audio cd, within Gnome environment, it works fine, and not for FVWM. The error message is 

Reason: Cannot access CD: The specified location is not mounted

So after calling gvfs-mount cdda://sr0 manually, restart sound-juicer, and then sound-juicer happily starts again.
